- Professional Dress Code: our security personnel wear a company-provided uniform and are required to keep a neat and professional appearance at all times. When requested by the client, our officers can also work in civilian clothes. Our supervisors are required to submit monthly performance reports and evaluations on each officer to ensure that great customer service is being provided.
- Duty Performance Inspections (DPIs): Our supervisors are required to submit monthly performance reports and evaluations on each officer to ensure that great customer service is being provided.
- Licensed And Insured: All of our security and investigation officers are licensed by the States of Indiana and Michigan.
As part of our proposal package we provide liability insurance, Errors and Omissions, and Additional Insured listing. Other insurance additions are available.
Certificate of Insurance will be provided.
- Training: Ongoing Training And Instruction Of Officers — we make certain that our officers are the most educated, trained and skilled when it comes to your security. We offer for our staff initial and in-service training in security and investigations.
This training entails both on-the-job and classroom instruction. This is done to provide you with the most qualified officer.
